SCOPE OF WORK: Full site development services for new out-of-ground wind tunnel research building including site prep & demo, furnish & install 30, 50 & 60-ton capacity drilled mini-piles (DMP's) including dewatering and recirculation of water, excavation & backfill of foundation elements including support of excavation, excavation dewatering including treatment & monitoring for discharge into municipal system, extensive site utilizes [water, storm drain, sewer, deep chilled water (+ 12’ D), electric and tel/comm], gravel prep for bituminous concrete & concrete paving, bituminous concrete and miscellaneous other site improvements.
