SCOPE OF WORK: PA-02 - Full site logistics set-up & subsequent removal for Yawkey 5/6 core & shell including precast jersey barriers, impact attenuators, temporary access road, relocate existing bike lane, utility relocations [Boston Transportation Department traffic signal & City of Boston site lighting, fire hydrants (3 EA)], 100-ton capacity drilled mini-piles for 5’ Depth tower crane pad & removal @ completion; PA-03 - Full site development services for Menino / Yawkey lobby expansion including site prep & demo, expansion & relocation of existing entrance road & associated utility relocations, new storm drain infrastructure including stormwater retention system & associated support of excavation system, furnish & install 15, 25 & 100-ton capacity drilled mini-piles (32 EA), excavation & backfill of foundation elements including support of excavation, construction dewatering, extensive site improvements including new flush & granite curb, sidewalk prep, protective bollards and mill & overlay of existing handicap parking lot and entrance road.
