SCOPE OF WORK: Full site development package for demolition & reconstruction of existing campus plaza & associated entry gate located in Harvard Yard and over an existing structural slab roof & associated waterproofing.  Scope included site prep & demo, site cuts & fills, export &disposal of contaminated soil (+ 1,200 CY) to out-of-state disposal facility, geofoam lightweight structural fill and associated storm drain/underdrain system, blending of custom landscape/ drainage soils and extensive site improvements (bituminous concrete w/ brick edging, entrance stairs, etc.).
