SCOPE OF WORK: Full site development services for complete gut and 100-year rehab of existing dormitory building and associated addition including extensive site logistics set up (jersey barriers, fencing, gates, tree protection, temporary staging areas, etc), site cuts & fills, temporary earth support system of drilled mini-piles & wood lagging, contaminated soil disposal to multiple types of disposal facilities in multiple states, multiple other earth support systems for 5,000- gallon irrigation tank, new areaways & elevator pits, design of dewatering system including settling tanks and chemical treatment & filtration system, rough grade site, on-site utilities (water, sewer, storm drain, electric / telephone & site lighting), extensive off-site utilities in public roads (chilled water, emergency generator ductbank & tele / comm), curbing, bituminous concrete, prep work for site concrete and miscellaneous other site improvements.
